HiPer®-DENT-Z Dental Blanks are presintered zirconia disks or bars ready to mill for modern dental machining centers. Restaurations obtained from HiPer®-DENT-Z Dental Blanks feature outstanding aesthetic and mechanical quality.
During development we were guided by dental lab practice. As a result our zirconia material can be fired within a broad sintering intervall, exhibits good edge stability and will lead to acceptable tool wear.
Being specialists for advanced ceramics we are limiting our portfolio to products covered by our competence and our ability to support our customers efficiently.
Test Package
From Single Crowns to Large Frameworks
HiPer®-DENT-Z Dental Blanks can be milled on most dental milling centers. Processing to the final product is easily achieved with commercially available veneering ceramics adjusted to the thermal expansion coefficient of zirconia.
HiPer®-DENT-Z Dental Blanks comply with the requirements of standard EN ISO 6872:2009 and all other regulatory requirements for medical devices. From single crown to multi-unit frameworks all types of restorations are possible.
